The present service of online sale of concert tickets is realized by the association WeAreHautesAlpes on behalf of the " Outdoormix Festival " organized by this same association in collaboration with the company I-Kontrol
The "Ticketing" section is entirely created by the association WeAreHautesAlpes. It is an online space for ticket sales only.

This ticketing service is hosted on the "Amazon Web Service" hosting platform (hereafter called AWS) by the association WeAreHautesAlpes.
The creation and sales of products are made via the platform of creation of online store Prestshop. The editing and sending of tickets are generated by the I-Kontrol platform.
The present General Conditions of Sale were put online on February 15, 2022.
ARTICLE 1 - APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
1.1 All orders placed on the website www.outdoormixfestival.com of the Association We05 are governed by the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as GTCS), which shall apply to the exclusion of any other condition. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted, without reservation, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1.2 By using the site, you also agree to be bound by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The We05 Association encourages you to read them carefully before using the services provided on this site.
1.3 The We05 Association reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing a new version on this site. Each order placed after the publication of the new version of the GTC by the We05 Association shall be considered as acceptance of the latter.
1.4 The tickets sold on www.outdoormixfestival.com are reserved for individuals and concern exclusively the sale of concert tickets for the evenings of the festival.
ARTICLE 2 - PRICES AND NUMBER OF TICKETS
2.1 All prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, and are payable in Euros. The price paid by the buyer cannot be changed without the agreement of the Association We05. The total number of places booked per person may not exceed the number of places defined by the We05 Association.
2.2 No refunds will be made in case of loss or theft of the ticket.
2.3 The tickets remain the property of the We05 Association until full and final payment has been received by the Association.
2.6 The We05 Association does not apply group rates. The Association reserves the right to modify the prices or to apply discounts on the "Outdoormix Festival" store at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is registered.
ARTICLE 3 - AVAILABILITY
3.1 Ticket reservations for concerts are made in real time. In this context, the AWS servers inform you in real time of the availability of tickets at the time you place your order.
3.2 In your personal space, the "Order History and Details" page allows you to check that the seats allocated to you correspond to your wishes. This space also allows you to check all your orders made on the festival store.
3.3 We05 Association reserves the right to modify at any time the quantities available. This can be done by increasing or decreasing the stocks of the different products on sale.
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT
4.1 We remind you that the fact of validating an order implies the buyer's obligation to pay the indicated price. The payment of the purchases can be carried out according to the means of payment accepted on the site www.outdoormixfestival.com.
4.2 The payment of tickets by the customer on the festival's E-ticket site is made through a secure HTTPS page, the online payment platform of Crédit Agricole: e-transaction.
4.3 This payment is made in real time. A validation email is sent once the payment is finalized and will act as an invoice. In case of validated order, you will receive a second email containing your ticket(s) as an attachment. Be careful not to delete this email. No duplicate will be provided.

ARTICLE 5 - SECURITY OF PAYMENTS
5.1 Our site is subject to a security system. As part of the fight against fraud, we have set up the 3D Secure payment, a system of payment by authentication. This service is free and can be activated for your payments by credit card, Visa and MasterCard. With 3D Secure (or Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode), your bank checks your identity at the time of payment. The identification process being specific to each bank, please check with your bank the authentication process used.
ARTICLE 6 - SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1 The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and for our organization. This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to enable us to improve and personalize the services we offer you and the information we send you.
They are stored in 2 different databases:
6.1.1 The data is stored in your personal PrestaShop account by the association WeAreHautesAlpes: these data allow us to complete your transaction. In addition, this data, once recorded, allows you to make your future transactions more quickly.
6.1.2 The data is also stored by the association on the AWS ticket reservation server. This data is used to send you your tickets and, if possible, to contact you in the event of cancellation or modification of the date, time or place of a show for which you have reserved tickets.
6.2 In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose any information concerning you. This right may be exercised at Association We05, Service des Ressources Humaines, 01 avenue Alexandre Didier, 05200 EMBRUN, France, by indicating your last name, first name, address and, if possible, your customer reference. In accordance with the regulations in force, your letter must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specify the address to which the reply should be sent. A reply will then be sent to you within one month of receipt of the request.
6.3 Through us, depending on your choices on the registration form, you may also receive newsletters and information from the We05 Association and the "Outdoormix Festival" by e-mail. If you no longer wish to receive these newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of the newsletters.
ARTICLE 7 - ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your order for tickets is only definitively confirmed and binding on the We05 Association upon receipt of the email confirming that the order has been validated. Therefore, we invite you to consult your e-mail and print the ticket(s) corresponding to your order. No duplicate will be provided.
ARTICLE 8 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
When you click on the "Validate" button at the end of the order process, on the "Payment" page, and you declare that you accept, by checking the box "I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale", you declare that you accept the entirety of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded via the website www.outdoormixfestival.com constitute the proof of all transactions between the association We05 and its customers.
ARTICLE 9 - DELIVERY
9.1 Upon confirmation of the purchase, you will be able to print your ticket(s) at home on A4 paper.
9.2 By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, you also accept the conditions of use of the E-tickets.
9.4 The E-ticket requires the possession of a printer, in order to be able to print the ticket(s) on a blank sheet of A4 paper. You can print it in color or in black and white.
9.5 You can also choose not to print your E-ticket. In this case, you will have to download a .pdf or .jpg copy of your E-ticket(s) on a smartphone or tablet in order to be able to present the E-ticket at the control post at the entrance of the festival.
ARTICLE 10 - CONDITIONS OF USE OF E-TICKETS
The ticket is subject to these GTCs as well as the following special conditions, which you have accepted before purchasing the ticket:
10.1 The E-ticket is only valid if it is printed on white A4 paper, blank recto, or, downloaded in .pdf or .jpg format on a smartphone with an undamaged screen. The barcode must be readable in both cases to allow access to the concert area of the festival.
10.2 Entrance to the event is subject to checking the validity of your E-ticket by scanners.
Good quality printing is required. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets will not be accepted and will be considered invalid.
In the event of an incident or poor print quality, you must reprint your .pdf or .jpg file.
To verify the quality of the print, make sure that the information written on the ticket, as well as the bar code, is legible.
10.3 The E-ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled. In case of cancellation, only the price mentioned on the ticket will be refunded, excluding rental fees and additional costs (transportation, hotel, parking, etc.).
10.4 The E-ticket is personal and non-transferable. At the time of the controls, you must carry an official, valid ID with a photo: ID card, passport, driver's license or residence permit.
10.5 The E-ticket is only valid for the event, on the date and under the conditions indicated on the website www.outdoormixfestival.com. This ticket must be kept until the end of the event.
We strongly advise you to arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start of the event.
Within the event, you commit yourself to respect the rules of good conduct set by the organizer. Furthermore, the purchase of this ticket implies that you agree to the rules and regulations of the Outdoormix Festival.
10.6 The We05 association declines all responsibility for: any anomalies that may occur during the ordering, processing or printing of the E-ticket, insofar as it did not cause them intentionally or through negligence, in the event of loss, theft or illicit use of the E-ticket.
It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit an E-ticket in any manner whatsoever. Reproduction of an E-ticket and the use of a copy of the E-ticket are punishable by law.
Failure to comply with all of the above rules will render the E-ticket invalid.
ARTICLE 11 - E-TICKET CONTROL
11.1 The control of the tickets will be carried out with bar code readers by volunteers of the festival, assisted by security guards employed for the occasion by the association We05.
11.2 In case several purchases have been made via the web, each purchase will result in the creation of a ticket containing a numerical seat code with digits present on the ticket in the form of a barcode and verified at the entrance to the concert area.
11.3 The seat code allows the identification of the buyer and access to the details of his order.
11.4 The We05 Association reserves the right to check the identity of the customer at the entrance of the concert area. Therefore, you must have an official valid ID with photo: ID card, passport, driving license or residence permit.
11.5 Each ticket code can only be presented once at the checkpoint. Each ticket is personal and may not be sold or transferred, even free of charge, except upon written request to We05 and with its express consent.
11.6 It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit a ticket in any way. The reproduction of tickets is forbidden and will not provide any benefit. Only the first person presenting the ticket or a reproduction of it will be allowed access to the event venue. This person is presumed to be the legitimate ticket holder. The person who has reproduced the ticket and the user of the copy of the ticket are liable to criminal prosecution.
11.7 The We05 Association may refuse access to the concert area if it becomes aware that several printouts or reproductions of a printable ticket are in circulation and that access to the area has already been granted to the bearer of a printout or a reproduction. In particular, the organizer is not obliged to check the identity of the person in possession of the printable ticket at home, nor is he obliged to check the authenticity of the printable ticket at home insofar as the copy of the printable ticket at home cannot be detected with certainty. If the person holding the home printable ticket is denied access to the area, he or she will not be entitled to any refund of the price paid.
ARTICLE 12 - CANCELLATION, TRANSFER AND REFUND
12.1 No right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
12.2 As of their purchase by the customer, the ticket(s) may not be exchanged, resold or taken back, except, in the latter case, in the event of the cancellation of an event and the decision by the organizer to refund the tickets.
12.3 In accordance with article 1 of the law of June 27, 1919, the resale of a ticket for a subsidized performance at a price higher than its face value is formally prohibited and subject to sanctions.
12.4 It is reminded that the festival is subject only to the conditions laid down by the organizers of the said festival, who are subject to their sole and exclusive responsibility. Consequently, any decision to cancel, postpone or modify the program of an event, will obey the conditions of these organizers.
12.5 The customer agrees that the We05 Association shall notify him/her of any decision affecting the conditions of the event (such as cancellation, postponement or change of venue).
12.6 In any case, any ticket purchased will not be reimbursed, even if the ticket has not been used by the customer.
ARTICLE 13 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
13.1 Sales of products made on the website www.outdoormixfestival.com are subject to French law.
13.2 In case of dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 14 - SITE CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT
14.1 The We05 Association makes every effort to ensure, to the best of its ability, the accuracy and updating of the information published on this site, the content of which it reserves the right to correct at any time and without notice. However, it cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or exhaustiveness of the information made available on this site. Consequently, it declines all responsibility for any interruption of the site, technical problems, for any inaccuracy or omission of information available on the site, for any damage resulting from a fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of the information made available on the site.
14.2 All reproduction rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents and photographic representations. The reproduction of all or part of this site, on any medium whatsoever, is formally prohibited without the express permission of the publisher.
14.3 The fraudulent use of the brand or any other content of the website is totally forbidden.
